Meat One Cuisine 是一家融合 西式、中式与马来西亚本地风味 的休闲餐厅。

我们相信，一顿好吃又满足的料理，不一定需要昂贵的价格。因此从创立至今，我们一直坚持 好的食材、丰富 的选择、满足的份量与合理亲民的价格， 希望无论一家大小、情侣、朋友还是同事来到 Meat One，都能找到 自己喜欢的一道料理。

多数分店也设有 包房、私人角落或较独立的用餐空间， 无论生日庆祝、纪念日、家庭聚餐、朋友聚会或公司聚 餐，都能在更舒适轻松的环境里，与重要的人好好享受这一餐。

新鲜与品质，是我们一直以来的坚持

我们重视食材的新鲜与品质。猪肉及鸡肉由本地供应商新鲜配送；牛肉、羊肉及三文鱼等则选用进口食材，包 括 澳洲牛羊肉及挪威三文鱼。

Meat One Signature Pork Knuckle 是最能代表我们的招牌料理之一。

为了做好这道料理，我们的主厨特地前往泰国向当地师傅学习传统做法，再经过不断研究与改良，打造出属于 Meat One 自己的味道。

外皮炸得 酥脆到咔咔作响， 里面依然保持鲜嫩多汁，再搭配我们独家的 Red Hot Chili 与 Green Classic Chili ——不同的香辣层次，让这道 Pork Knuckle 多年来一直深受顾客喜爱。

除了大家熟悉的 Chicken Chop、Pork Chop、Beef Steak、Lamb、Salmon、Fish & Chips、Burger、Pizza 与 Pasta，我们也喜欢把亚洲及马来西亚人熟悉的味道融入西式料理。

从 Salted Egg、Hainanese、Mongolian、Tom Yum 到 Curry 等不同风味，再加上 Nasi Lemak、中式饭类 及其他本地料理——这就是我们心目中的 Meat One Fusion：

Meat One Cuisine is a casual dining restaurant where Western favourites meet Chinese and Malaysian flavours.

We believe a great meal doesn't have to come with a big price tag. Since day one, our philosophy has been simple: quality ingredients, plenty of choices, generous portions and honest prices.

Whether you're dining with family, catching up with friends, celebrating with someone special or having a company gathering, we want everyone around the table to find something they love.

Most of our outlets also offer private rooms, cosy corners or more private dining areas, making Meat One a great place for birthdays, anniversaries, family dinners, gatherings with friends and company celebrations.

Freshness & Quality Matter

Quality ingredients have always been important to us.

Our pork and chicken are freshly supplied by local suppliers, while selected ingredients such as beef, lamb and salmon are imported, including Australian beef and lamb, and Norwegian salmon.

From a simple Chicken Chop to a feast shared around the table, our goal remains the same — good food, satisfying portions and great value for money.

The Meat One Signature Pork Knuckle

One dish that truly represents Meat One is our Signature Pork Knuckle.

Our chef travelled to Thailand to learn the traditional techniques from local experts before bringing that knowledge home and refining the recipe into something uniquely Meat One.

The result? Seriously crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside, served with our signature Red Hot Chili and Green Classic Chili for two completely different layers of heat and flavour.

It has remained one of our most-loved signature dishes over the years

Alongside favourites such as Chicken Chop, Pork Chop, Beef Steak, Lamb, Salmon, Fish & Chips, Burgers, Pizza and Pasta, we love bringing familiar Asian and Malaysian flavours into Western-style dishes.

Think Salted Egg, Hainanese, Mongolian, Tom Yum and Curry, alongside Nasi Lemak, Chinese rice dishes and other local favourites.
